I am a passionate, loyal and determined person who strives to succeed in everything I do. I do not settle for just being average. If I see a challenge I will face it head on and resolve and conquer that challenge. My passion is photography and all things creative!  I have an excellent understanding of photographic concepts both in business and creative point of views. I have excellent retouching and colour editing skills and have a comprehensive understanding of analysing and assessing images of all types. I also have great team building and managing skills as well as being successful in training and mentoring staff​

 

 

I worked at Yuri Arcurs Productions for nearly 3 years and during my time there I mastered and became one of the best in Image Retouching and Raw Developing. During my time at the comapny I beacame Quality Controler, Team leader and trainer for both retouching and developing. I created the training program for both and comprehensive training material. At the begining of this year I became Acting Manger for the RAW Developing department and set the standard and process for this department.

 

I have also worked as a freelance photographer prior to this but have taken a slow break while working at Yuri Arcurs Productions. Ensuring that I focused, learnt and grew a much as I could during my time there. I am slowing getting back into my photography and will be joining the stock community and also begin part time freelance photography work. 

 

Im also begining to outsource my retouching and developing skills to fellow photgraphers and companies. I ensure that all work I do is of a high international standard at all times and push each file I work on to it optimal value in every way possible.
